Booking Terms and Conditions
PRICES
Includes all expenses as outlined in the itinerary. The prices can change without notice depending on the increment of park fees and hotel rates
TRANSPORT
Is done by Cars, Shuttles, Tour vans, Land cruisers or Trucks depending on the route and weather at the time of safari.
BOOKINGS
A deposit of 50% of the cost of safari is required for any booking not later than 30 days before departure date.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be done before the safari starts.
SAFARI ORIENTATION
Unless the safari is done as private tour, clients will share transport and other facilities with others. Clients are therefore advised to be good natured to enjoy being with others. Be prepared to encounter customs and habits which may differ from your own and forms of adventure.
CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY
The Company reserves the rights to make alterations occasioned by weather, road works, high season congestion or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any alteration by client to the agreed itineraries should be done in the office before departure and not on safari. The company shall NOT be held liable for any complain arising out of changes made between the client and the guide out of the office.
CANCELATION
Incase a booking is cancelled the following charges shall apply.

LIABILITY
The company liability to passengers carried in our vehicles for transfers, excursions and tours is governed by the laws of Kenya and all claims are subject to the courts of Kenya. While every care is taken, the company shall Not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property. Clients are advised to arrange relevant travel insurance.
SUBCONTRACT
The Company has the right to subcontract any part or full safari and in the event of such subcontract all the above terms shall apply.
